Question 1

How does the payment process work?

Accepted Answer

We use Dodo Payments for secure payment processing. After selecting a plan, you'll be redirected to the Dodo Payments checkout page where you can complete your payment using methods like credit/debit cards or UPI.

Question 2

Is my credit card information secure?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We don't store your credit card details on our servers. All payment processing is handled through Dodo Payments, which uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Question 3

How long is a session?

Accepted Answer

Every plan is a 60-minute session. The clock starts when you start the session, not when you buy, and it keeps running even if you close the app. Reopening the app resumes the same countdown rather than giving you fresh time. The plans differ in what they unlock, not in how long they last.

Question 4

What's the difference between the plans?

Accepted Answer

All three give you the same 60 minutes and the same core tools: asking questions, screenshots, and your own résumé or notes. Signal adds call-audio answers, voice dictation, and Balanced and Deep thinking for harder questions. Ghost adds Live mode, which transcribes the call as it happens and answers interviewer questions automatically.

Question 5

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Since our plans are one-time use, you simply purchase a new plan when needed. There's no automatic renewal or subscription to manage.

Question 6

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We offer refunds if you experience technical issues that prevent the tool from functioning. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase.

Question 7

How do I use the software during my interview?

Accepted Answer

After purchasing, you'll get access to download our desktop app. It runs in the background during your interview, offering real-time assistance without being visible to the interviewer.

Question 8

Is this detectable during screen sharing?

Accepted Answer

No, our tool is designed to be completely undetectable during screen sharing sessions. It uses advanced cloaking technology to remain invisible to interviewers.
